Accommodations
Accommodations for six people. Two separate cabins. Main salon with
both port and starboard settees. Centerline drop leaf table. New
upholstery. Nav station in passageway on starboard. Aft cabin with
double bed and private head with enclosed shower and tub. Large V-berth
with head to port. Hanging lockers and drawer space. Marine manual
head with macerator pump and 2-20 gallon holding tanks. Shower sump
pump.
Galley
U-shaped galley to port. 3-burner propane stove with oven (3-tanks),
Adler Barbour refrigeration, deep stainless sink, drawer space.
Hot and cold pressure water. Good counter space for food preparation.
Hot and cold pressurized water with 5-gallon water heater.
Electronics
All new electronics in 2003. Icom VHF radio and hand held with charger.
Raymarine knotmeter, Raymarine depth sounder, Raymarine GPS, Raymarine
Auto Pilot, Icom SSB/Ham radio with automatic tunner. Compass.
Wind/speed indicator (inoperable).
Little Wonder 12 GPH Watermaker. Pickled as of April 2006.
Electrical
12-volt DC, 110-volt AC. Two house batteries purchased 1/06. One
battery purchased 1/05. Automatic battery charger, battery parallel
switch. 50' shorepower cord. Nav lights, spreader light, spot light,
automatic bilge pump, inverter. Marine AC. Fresh water pump. Hand
held spotlight with charger. MECHANICAL: Perkins 42 HP diesel engine.
Fresh water cooled. Bilge blower, fuel filter, raw water strainer.
2-blade prop. Alternator.
Oil is changed every 100 hrs. along with primary filter. All instruments were
new in 2003. Fuel consumptions is 1.2 gallons per hr. at 1500 RPM.
Deck
Vertical anchor well and rope locker. Stainless steel anchor roller.
Manual anchor windlass. Danforth anchor, Plow anchor, Spade anchor,
200' 5/8 chain and 300' 3/8 chain. Wide walkways, contoured seating
in th e cockpit, great for entertaining. Four aluminum hatches,
13 opening ports, boarding gates. Wheel steering with pedestal
guard and brake in center cockpit. Keel stepped mast. Bimini, dodger,
windshield, hatch covers, canvas companionway cover. Sun shade,
cockpit cushions. Deck shower. Bottom was painted June 2005 with
Interlux 66. Boat had some blistering at time of purchase 2003.
No repair was reccommended.
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT: Four ABC fire extinguishers, TV, AM/FM radio with cassette
player, boat hook, horseshoe buoy, ring buoy, EPRIB with GPS, swim ladder,
BBQ grill, Flag halyard, flare kit, horn, 7 life jackets. Wind generator. First

Sails
Main with sail cover, 110% jib on roller furling (Quantum sails 3
years old). Primary and secondary winches. Stainless steel rigging
all replaced 3 years ago, roller furling headsail, whisker pole,
additional jib halyard, lazy jacks.
All running rigging replaced 3 years ago. Extra rigging pieces..
