Cabintop teak handrails are fastened through the deck with 10-32 x 5" long machine screws.   If you ever try to find replacements- try these guys.  These were the ONLY folks who could supply them and they are the manufacturers.  Seems that a 10-32 machine screw in stainless can only be made in lengths up to 3" long unless you have special equipment.  (Material is too soft).
