PVC Supports

Cover Ready to be rolled back...
Aft
end of cover supported with 1" black plastic well pipe (2 pieces)
Zipper down center for aft access

Sailrite

PVC
to support lattice support from old cover

Zippers
and velcro closures around stays

Bow
with grommets in cover- lace up to snug.
Marine
Vinyl was sewn in to the back of the cover to protect against chafe
at all lifelines, stanchions, mast, boom, etc.
|

Supports
bow to mast, extension on boom.

Cover
is split up into three pieces and joined by zippers

Aft
section zips into main section to go around backstay & topping lift.
I
plan to add side zippered doors for winter access into the boat from
the dock, as well as velcro closures to allow the dock lines to go
through the cover. |

Custom
cut grey tarp with extra gromments

I
Used 3" PVC with 1 1/2" PVC to deck for center support |

Lattice
to support cover with snow load

Note:
Lattice panels are loosely held together in pairs by line at top. Line
just lays on top of PVC pipe for easy install/removal. |

With
tarp on lattice snow slides right off and rain cannot puddle

Line holding lattice at top is loose enough so that the cover will not
rub against the lattice.
