Lattice panels are loosely held together in pairs by line at top. Line
just lays on top of PVC pipe for easy install/removal. |

tarp on lattice snow slides right off and rain cannot puddle
Line holding lattice at top is loose enough so that the cover will not
rub against the lattice.
